AI-Powered Insights in Console Campaign Reporting

To help supplement and clarify the reporting available in the Console, AI-generated summaries, captions, callouts, and suggested next steps are available in both the reporting tab and exported slide decks.

AI insights appear automatically under each chart in the Campaign reporting tab, marked with a "Generated by AI" tag. To view more detailed AI insights, including overviews, key trends, and suggestions, click on the AI icon visible on the bottom right of the Campaign reporting tab to open the AI drawer for that Campaign.

Disabling AI

AI can be disabled for specific campaigns within the Console. This will impact both the reporting shown in the Console and the exported slide deck.

To turn AI off for a specific Campaign, go to that Campaign's view page and toggle off the AI toggle located in the action bar on the top right of the Campaign view page. Once toggled off, AI content will not be shown for this campaign until toggled back on. This value is stored locally on your device, so this will have to be re-toggled if viewing from a different device.

Refreshing AI Content

By default, all AI content is cached until the underlying data changes or the user requests a refreshed response. To request a refresh, simple click the refresh icon within the Generated by AI tag visible next to all AI content.
